Description
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Commissary Chef to join our restaurant team.
Job :
Restaurants Responsibilities- Prepare ingredients and food items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety in the commissary kitchen.
- Portion and package food for delivery to restaurant locations.
- Monitor inventory and report stock shortages.
- Work with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation.
- Previous experience in a commercial or commissary kitchen is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and time management skills.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
