Chef - Doha, Qatar

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Chef for a position in Doha, Qatar. This position offers a salary of 1500 QAR per month.

We are open to hiring a foreign candidate with no prior experience.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and knowledge of international cuisine, with the ability to create dishes from scratch and work from recipes. They must be able to work with minimal supervision and have a team-oriented attitude. The Chef should have excellent communication skills, be able to follow directions, take initiative when needed and possess time management skills.

The Chef’s responsibilities will include:

• Planning menus in accordance with customer preferences, budget constraints and seasonal availability;
• Ordering ingredients;
• Preparing meals according to recipes;
• Supervising kitchen staff;
• Monitoring food storage and waste;
• Ensuring food quality standards are met;
• Providing training and guidance to kitchen staff as needed;
• Meeting health and safety standards in the kitchen;
• Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area;
• Documenting daily orders and production records;
• Making suggestions for menu modifications or improvements.

Salary: 1500 QAR per month.
