Indian Executive Chef in Doha, Qatar

We are seeking an experienced and talented Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, creating and implementing new menus, and ensuring the highest quality of food for our customers.

• Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
• Create and implement new menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
• Train and supervise kitchen staff
• Manage inventory and food costs
• Maintain high standards of food presentation and quality control
• Monitor customer feedback and make necessary adjustments to menu items
• Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
• Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine
• Excellent leadership skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Proficient in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)

• Degree or diploma in culinary arts or related field
• Certification from a recognized culinary institute preferred
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role

Salary: $1700/month (negotiable based on experience)
