- Prepare tables for meals, including setting up items such as linens, silverware, and glassware.
- Greet guests and present them with menus.
- Provide detailed information to guests about the food and drink options available.
- Take orders from customers and serve food or beverages.
- Check customers' IDs to ensure they meet legal drinking age requirements.
- Clear away dirty dishes between courses or at the end of the meal.
- Answer any questions regarding the menu or restaurant specials.
- 1 year experience as a Waiter in a similar environment
- Ability to multitask while providing excellent customer service
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to remain calm in a busy working environment
