Job DescriptionWe are a fine dining restaurant in the heart of Doha, looking for an experienced and polished Sous Chef to join our team. We serve innovative cuisine and use the best quality ingredients available in the market. The ideal candidate should have at least three years of professional working experience in a quality establishment.
ResponsibilitiesThe Sous Chef will work under the Head Chef and will support in preparing, cooking, delivering and presenting a broad range of menu items for breakfast, lunch and dinner and for various special occasions. The successful candidate will also be responsible for training, supervising and mentoring junior kitchen staff and for leading, motivating and inspiring them.
Requirements- At least three years of professional experience in a quality establishment is required.
