Executive Chef job vacancy in Doha Qatar for unskilled worker
We are looking for an Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. The Executive Chef will be responsible for the overall operation of the kitchen, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity. This position requires a high level of skill and creativity, as well as a strong understanding of food safety regulations and local regulations. The ideal candidate should have experience with Middle Eastern cuisine, or be willing to learn, and have excellent organizational skills.
The successful candidate will be able to create delicious recipes that meet the highest standards of quality and taste. He or she will also be responsible for managing kitchen staff, scheduling shifts, ordering supplies, managing budgets, and ensuring food safety standards are met. The Executive Chef should demonstrate leadership abilities, have a passion for preparing high-quality meals, and ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
Requirements- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role;
- Extensive knowledge of Middle Eastern cuisine;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team;
- A creative approach to menu development;
- Good understanding of health & safety regulations;
- Proficiency in English (preferred);
- Ability to cope with pressure;
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships with staff and customers alike;
- Willingness to consider immigrants is an asset.
