Indian Chef in Doha, Qatar

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Indian Chef to join our team in Doha. As a Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality Indian dishes, managing kitchen operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$.

• Prepare and cook traditional Indian dishes according to recipes and standards
• Plan menus and create new dishes to cater to customer preferences and dietary restrictions
• Manage kitchen operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and controlling food costs
• Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and food safety procedures
• Ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
• Collaborate with other team members to create an exceptional dining experience for customers
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and continuously improve culinary skills

• Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role in a restaurant setting
• In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, cooking techniques, and food presentation
• Ability to manage kitchen operations effectively
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Valid work permit or visa for Qatar
