Chef vacancy in Doha

We are looking for a Chef with the ability to create delicious meals that will excite and delight our customers. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team in Doha and help us continue to deliver outstanding food and customer service.

• Proven experience as a chef
• Extensive knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• Creativity and passion for food and cooking
• Ability to work long hours in a busy kitchen environment
• Food Hygiene Certificate
• Knowledge of food safety procedures
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is preferable)
• Must be willing to relocate to Doha, Qatar (for foreigners)

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing meals according to recipes and standards set by the management. Other responsibilities include:

• Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
• Preparing ingredients to use in cooking (chopping vegetables, butchering meat etc.)
• Cooking food in various utensils or grillers
• Testing foods to ensure proper taste and quality
• Monitoring food stock levels
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations within the kitchen area
