• Prepare tables by setting up dishes, silverware, and glasses according to restaurant standards.
• Greet guests upon arrival and offer them menus or drink lists.
• Take food orders from guests accurately and deliver them promptly.
• Ensure all meals served meet quality standards set by the restaurant.
• Check on guests regularly throughout their meal service to ensure satisfaction with their food and drinks.
• Assist in clearing dishes from tables as guests finish their meals, as well as resetting tables for new customers.
• Receive payment from guests at the end of each meal service session and process it accordingly using POS systems or cash registers.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; higher education is preferred but not mandatory.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential if candidates demonstrate eagerness to learn quickly on the job and possess good customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant's operational needs is essential.
