Executive Chef job in Doha Qatar
Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations of the restaurant, developing new menu items and managing a team of culinary professionals. The ideal candidate should have experience in high-end restaurants and possess excellent leadership skills. We are ready to consider a foreigner with no prior experience for this position.
Requirements- Minimum 5 years of experience in high-end restaurants
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to develop new recipes and menus
- Advanced understanding of food safety procedures
- Fluent in English (Arabic would be a plus)
- Supervise, train, and schedule kitchen staff as needed
- Oversee daily operations in the kitchen to ensure quality standards are met
- Develop new recipes, menus, and dishes while maintaining the restaurant's standards of quality
- Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure that all food products are prepared according to food safety regulations
- Competitive salary of 1200 USD/month
