Indian Chef - Doha

As an Indian Chef in our restaurant in Doha, you will be responsible for creating delicious and authentic Indian dishes for our customers. You will be expected to have a thorough knowledge of Indian cuisine and its traditional cooking techniques. Your creativity and attention to detail in presenting dishes will be crucial in ensuring that our customers have an unforgettable dining experience.

• Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes according to recipes and menu specifications
• Control portion sizes and maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of food
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all food safety regulations
• Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials

• Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment
• In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, spices, ingredients, and cooking techniques
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Strong communication skills with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Must be an Indian national currently residing in Doha or willing to relocate
