Indian Chef in Doha

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Chef to join our kitchen team in Doha. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing authentic Indian dishes, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining high food quality standards.

• Plan, prepare and cook authentic Indian dishes according to our menu
• Manage kitchen operations, including ordering ingredients, maintaining inventory levels, and controlling food costs
• Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented in a timely and consistent manner
• Monitor food quality and freshness, making necessary adjustments as needed
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff members
• Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Indian Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel
• Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
• Ability to create new dishes while also following traditional recipes accurately
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to train and manage junior staff members
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work well under pressure
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this position.

This position is based in Doha, Qatar.
