Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Chef for our restaurant in Doha, Qatar. As a Chef, you will work closely with our kitchen staff to create outstanding dishes for our guests. You will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations in the kitchen, including menu creation, ingredient ordering, and food presentation. You will be working in a team-oriented atmosphere, but must be able to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
Requirements:- 2+ years of professional kitchen experience, specifically as a Chef
- Outstanding culinary techniques and knife skills
- Strong understanding of customer service, menu creativity, and restaurant management
- Ability to work within a budget and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Working knowledge of kitchen equipment, safety protocols, and food hygiene regulations
- Ability to manage kitchen staff and delegate tasks
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working with diverse clientele
