We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, with a proven track record of managing successful restaurants.

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory and ordering supplies, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• Train and develop staff to provide exceptional service to customers
• Monitor employee performance and provide feedback as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant at all times
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene standards
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with chefs to develop menus that meet customer preferences and dietary restrictions
• Manage budgets, expenses, and payroll for the restaurant

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role in the food and beverage industry
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations including inventory management, budgeting, and customer service
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred

Salary: 1700$ per month (tax-free)
