We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quality customer service, preparing and serving coffee drinks, and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the café.

• Prepare espresso-based drinks such as cappuccinos, lattes, macchiatos, mochas, etc., as well as other hot and cold beverages
• Ensure quality control by monitoring taste and temperature of all beverages
• Operate cash register to process payments; provide customers with change and receipts
• Ensure cleanliness of café by wiping down counters, stocking supplies, cleaning tables
• Greet customers upon arrival; answer questions about menu items; take customer orders accurately
• Maintain knowledge on current promotions/specials
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of specialty coffee drinks preparation techniques is preferred but not required
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• Excellent communication skills with customers and coworkers alike
• Ability to work well independently or in a team setting

• This position offers an attractive salary of 1300
  
  QAR per month plus tips.
