Executive Chef – Doha

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to join our team in Doha.

This position will offer a salary of 1700 QAR per month.

• The ideal candidate for this position must possess a strong culinary background, excellent management skills, and the ability to lead a team of professionals in a fast-paced environment.
• They must possess an excellent understanding of food safety regulations and have experience working with high-end ingredients.
• The Executive Chef must be creative and able to develop new dishes that meet the highest standards of quality and taste.

• The Executive Chef is responsible for overseeing all culinary operations in the kitchen.
• This includes menu development, staff training, budget management, inventory control, food preparation, food safety compliance, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• The Executive Chef will be expected to create innovative dishes that meet the expectations of customers while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
• The Executive Chef will also be required to collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

• Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
• 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
• Proven management experience in a professional kitchen setting
• Solid understanding of food safety regulations
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
