Baker for Indian Restaurant in Doha

We are a busy Indian restaurant in Doha seeking an experienced Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a strong understanding of Indian cuisine. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing various types of breads, pastries, and other baked goods for our restaurant. You must have previous experience working in a professional kitchen and be able to work well under pressure.

This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has excellent time management skills.

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to our restaurant's recipes
• Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards and are ready for service on time
• Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
• Work closely with other kitchen staff to coordinate orders and ensure timely service
• Train new bakers as needed
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

• Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Baker in a professional kitchen
• Knowledge of Indian cuisine is preferred but not required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent time management skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Biometric passport required for international travel (if applicable)

Starting salary is $1100 per month with potential for growth based on performance.

This position is located in Doha, Qatar. Preference will be given to candidates already residing in Doha or willing to relocate at their own expense.

This position does not include accommodation. Candidates must arrange their own housing.
