We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate should have at least two years of experience working as a barista in a similar environment.

The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service and communication skills as they will be responsible for interacting with customers on a daily basis. They should also be able to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a friendly attitude towards customers.

• Preparing and serving beverages such as coffee, tea, specialty drinks, etc.
• Keeping track of all orders and ensuring accuracy when preparing drinks
• Following all safety and sanitation guidelines when handling food or beverages
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the café area, including wiping down counters and tables, restocking supplies and disposing of trash
• Taking orders from customers while providing recommendations on menu items or drinks
• Operating cash registers to record payments from customers
• Assisting with special events or promotions when necessary
• Managing inventory of supplies and restocking shelves as needed.

• At least two years of experience working as a barista in a similar environment
• Knowledgeable about different types of coffee beans and brewing methods
• Excellent customer service skills with an outgoing personality
• Ability to multitask and stay focused in a busy atmosphere
• Strong organizational skills along with attention to detail
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling
