F&B Server - Nobu

Job Requirements:

• Mandatory possession of a High School Diploma or Hospitality Management Certificate; flawless English communication is required, with Arabic or Russian skills highly preferred.
• Strict requirement to hold a valid Qatar  (QID) along with a ready-to-transfer No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your current employer.
• Candidates must demonstrate extreme physical endurance, capable of executing safe, continuous 10-hour shifts on their feet while adhering to rigid Forbes 5-Star grooming and service standards.

• Execute rapid, high-end fine dining service during peak hours, mastering a complex Japanese-fusion menu and anticipating the needs of ultra-high-net-worth individuals and VIP guests.
• Maintain absolute hygiene and alignment across the restaurant floor, ensuring strict compliance with Baladiya (Qatar Municipality) food safety regulations and internal Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) protocols.
• Aggressively but elegantly upsell premium beverages, signature dishes, and tailored dining experiences to maximize average check sizes while resolving high-pressure guest complaints instantly.
