Chef De Partie

We are looking for a skilled Chef De Partie to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes following the Head Chef's recipes and specifications.

This position is based at Riviera Rayhaan by Rotana Doha.

• Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking high-quality dishes
• Help the Head Chef in creating menu items, recipes, and developing new dishes
• Ensure the kitchen meets all sanitation guidelines and food safety standards
• Train, supervise, and mentor junior staff members
• Manage and maintain inventory levels and food cost controls

• Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or Line Cook
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Certification from a culinary school is a plus
