• Lead culinary standards and menu planning for food and beverage with a strong focus on authentic Arabic cuisine
• Define product development strategy aligned with business goals, customer expectations, and brand standards
• Integrate regional Arabic styles including Levantine, Gulf, North African, and Middle Eastern cuisines into inflight menus
• Manage delivery of culinary standards across Doha-based catering and global catering partners
• Develop sourcing strategies and supplier partnerships for Arabic ingredients and specialty products
• Build and execute comprehensive food and beverage plans that balance authenticity, quality, and operational feasibility
• Maintain menu planning structures, timelines, and system-wide consistency across routes
• Provide creative direction for new menu concepts, refinements, and modern Arabic dining experiences
• Develop, test, and evaluate dishes to ensure suitability for inflight service and high-altitude performance
• Create, implement, and maintain culinary SOPs covering food safety, halal compliance, recipes, production, and execution
• Monitor industry trends and evolve Arabic culinary offerings through innovation and sustainability initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on culinary experience with strong expertise in Arabic cuisine
• Deep knowledge of global and Arabic culinary traditions, techniques, and food trends
• Proven experience developing inflight or large-scale hospitality menus
• Strong supplier collaboration skills with experience in halal and regulatory compliance
• Solid commercial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and reporting
• Change management mindset with ability to lead culinary transformation initiatives
• Excellent English communication skills with strong influencing and presentation abilities
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional and multicultural teams
