Qualifications
- Prior experience in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of menu items, wine pairings, and presentation standards.
- A friendly, professional attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
