• Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and consistent standards.
• Lead the floor during service, providing hands‑on support and maintaining warm, attentive hospitality.
• Guide and motivate the service team to deliver genuine Italian dining experiences.
• Support menu knowledge, upselling, and guest engagement to enhance satisfaction and revenue.
• Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest requests with efficiency and care.
• Ensure product quality and presentation meet Italian culinary standards.
• Assist with training, coaching, and onboarding of new team members.
• Monitor inventory, stock levels, and daily checklists to support seamless operations.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational policies.
• Act as a key point of contact between service and kitchen teams to maintain smooth communication.

• Experience in restaurant service or supervisory roles, preferably in Italian or premium dining.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a guest‑first mindset.
• Solid understanding of restaurant operations, service flow, and team coordination.
• Knowledge of Italian cuisine and dining culture is a strong advantage.
• Italian language proficiency is a plus.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and confident in managing busy service periods.
• Comfortable with POS systems and basic administrative reporting.
