This is a full-time remote role for a Bar Waitress at Irish Inn Doha. The Bar Waitress will take guest orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a high standard of customer service throughout each shift. Responsibilities include setting up and clearing tables, maintaining cleanliness in the bar and dining areas, and coordinating with kitchen and bar staff to deliver orders promptly and accurately.
The role also involves providing menu recommendations, handling guest inquiries or concerns, processing payments, and following all health and safety guidelines. The Bar Waitress is expected to contribute to a friendly, professional atmosphere that aligns with the Irish Inn brand and guest experience.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Experience in food & beverage and food service operations, including serving and basic bar knowledge.
- Clear and confident communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
- Basic cooking or food-handling knowledge to coordinate effectively with the kitchen when needed.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Understanding of hygiene, safety, and responsible service of alcohol regulations.
