Pastry Chef

We are in search of a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team in Doha Qatar. As a Pastry Chef you will be responsible for preparing and creating a variety of desserts, pastries and other sweet treats. You will also be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the pastry kitchen.

• Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Pastry Chef
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification in pastry arts
• Proficient in creating a variety of desserts and pastries
• Knowledgeable in food safety and sanitation standards
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to work under pressure
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and creativity

• Create new dessert recipes while also adhering to traditional recipes
• Decorate pastries and desserts using various techniques
• Manage inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry kitchen area
• Ensure all food safety standards are followed at all times
• Train junior pastry chefs as needed
• Work closely with other kitchen staff to coordinate dessert orders
• Collaborate with management to develop new menu items

Salary $1500 per month negotiable based on experience.
