• Provide every guest with a prompt and warm greeting within 5 seconds at the front counter and drive-thru.
• Follow established procedures to maintain order accuracy.

• Follow the Always Fresh procedure to maintain the freshness and accuracy of coffee and other products.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns and complaints through appropriate service recovery.
• Listen carefully to guest concerns and apologize for unsatisfactory experiences when handling complaints.

Follow operational standards and training instructions when preparing restaurant products. Use the order monitor to prepare items accurately according to each guest 's order.

• Communicate showcase and product requirements to maintain appropriate availability.
• Check required product temperatures regularly.
• Record temperature checks accurately in the Time and Temperature Log.
• Support housekeeping and visual presentation duties assigned by the Store Management Team.
• Maintain a clean parking area, exterior and inviting dining room.

• Attend store meetings and other required functions.
• Follow restaurant policies, procedures and operating standards.
• Keep the front counter clean, organized, stocked and ready for busy service periods.
• Follow proper handwashing techniques and sanitation guidelines.
• Complete sanitation duties assigned by the Store Manager.

• Receive payments by cash, credit card, voucher or automatic debit.
• Issue receipts, refunds and change accurately.
• Count the cash till at the beginning of shifts to confirm the correct amount and adequate change.
• Keep checkout areas clean and orderly.

• Work in compliance with occupational health and safety requirements.
• Understand and follow established safe work practices and procedures.
• Use required personal protective equipment or clothing.
• Report injuries, illnesses, accidents, unsafe conditions, security incidents and health and safety concerns to the Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Owner.
• Operate equipment, machinery and other workplace devices safely and avoid working in any manner that could endanger others.
