Assistant Chef

We’re looking for skilled and motivated Assistant Chefs / Line Cooks to support our kitchen in a fast-paced trampoline park environment. You’ll help prepare and cook a multi-cuisine menu, including pasta, pizza, burgers, Arabic dishes, and more, ensuring consistency, quality, and speed while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.

• Assist in preparing and cooking menu items across multiple cuisines
• Follow recipes and plating instructions to maintain quality and presentation
• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Prepare ingredients, portion, and organize supplies for service
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
• Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks, and minimizing food waste
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak times
• Help set up and clear down the kitchen before and after shifts

• Previous kitchen, line cook, or food prep experience preferred
• Experience with multi-cuisine food preparation is an advantage
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physically able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
