Head Chef

Tiger Private is seeking an exceptional Head Chef to support a prestigious Royal Household based in Doha, Qatar. This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and health-conscious chef with a passion for producing nutritious, flavourful and visually stunning cuisine. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing daily meals for the family, whilst also catering for occasional VVIP guests and events.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthy Mediterranean cuisine, with the ability to create varied and exciting menus that cater to dietary requirements, allergies and nutritional goals. Think Yotam Ottolenghi-inspired cooking, with colourful salads, fresh ingredients, lean proteins and beautifully presented dishes.

• Develop, design and continuously refresh menus for the family
• Create healthy, balanced meals whilst accommodating dietary requirements, allergies and food preferences
• Prepare Mediterranean cuisine alongside a variety of international dishes to ensure a diverse and exciting rotational menu
• Create nutritious and visually appealing meals for children
• Provide nutritional and macro breakdowns of meals when required
• Cater for VVIP guests, formal dinners and special events
• Respond calmly and efficiently to last-minute requests and changing requirements
• Refine menus and dishes in line with feedback from family members and guests
• Lead and manage kitchen operations, maintaining a calm, professional and respectful working environment
• Source high-quality and organic ingredients where possible
• Manage ordering, stock control and supplier relationships
• Ensure minimal wastage and efficient use of resources
• Maintain HACCP standards and ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor kitchen equipment and coordinate maintenance where required
• Accompany the family on domestic and international travel when required

• Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience as a Head Chef within a Royal Household, UHNW residence, private household or luxury hospitality environment
• Strong background in healthy, nutrition-focused cooking
• Excellent knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and international food trends
• Experience catering for children and adapting menus to specific dietary requirements
• Ability to provide macro and nutritional breakdowns of meals
• Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
• Calm, positive and collaborative approach to team management
• Fluent English communication skills
• Strong organisational and administrative skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Package Total Monthly Salary QAR 32,795.00
• Basic Salary QAR 24,045.00
