We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team in Doha. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations, creating menus, and overseeing food preparation. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary excellence, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, recipe creation, and food cost management
• Oversee food preparation and ensure high-quality standards are met
• Train and mentor kitchen staff on culinary techniques and safe food handling practices
• Maintain inventory levels and track food costs to ensure profitability
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests
• Assist with hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations of kitchen staff

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
• Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred
• Strong knowledge of international cuisine with an emphasis on Indian or Pakistani dishes
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage kitchen staff effectively
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding of food cost control techniques
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
