Indian Pastry Chef

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Pastry Chef to join our team in Doha. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing delicious and visually appealing desserts and pastries for our customers. Your creativity, attention to detail, and passion for pastry making will be key to your success in this role.

• Create new and innovative pastry recipes that meet our customers' preferences and dietary requirements
• Prepare and bake a variety of desserts, cakes, pies, cookies, and other pastries
• Decorate pastries using various techniques such as icing, glazing, and piping
• Ensure all pastry items are prepared and presented according to company standards
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies needed for pastry production
• Train junior pastry chefs on proper techniques and recipes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a reputable restaurant or hotel
• In-depth knowledge of various culinary techniques related to pastry making
• Creativity in developing new recipes while also being able to follow established ones
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Must be willing to relocate to Doha

Salary: $1500 per month
