Executive Chef for Indian Restaurant

We are currently hiring an experienced Executive Chef to lead our team at a popular Indian restaurant in Doha. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious and authentic Indian dishes, as well as excellent leadership skills to manage and train our kitchen staff.

• Develop new menus and dishes, while also maintaining the quality and consistency of existing menu items
• Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food is consistently produced
• Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies
• Adhere to all sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen
• Work closely with the management team to meet financial goals and maintain budget control

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant
• Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine, including regional variations and traditional cooking techniques
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
• Excellent communication skills to effectively work with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen setting
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive chef or similar role
• Familiarity with Indian culinary traditions, ingredients, and techniques
• Fluent English language skills

Salary: $1000 per month
