As a Zuma Assistant Manager, you'll be at the heart of our guest experience. You'll create memorable moments, embody our vibrant restaurant energy, and play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards that define the Zuma experience.

• Ensure smooth execution of opening and closing procedures, providing guidance and support during shifts
• Conduct daily briefings in support of the Restaurant Manager to share updates on procedures, team assignments and service goals
• To consistently strive for quality of service and consistency in our experience to our guests
• Evaluate guest experiences, implement service improvements, and strive for consistency in delivering exceptional hospitality
• Assist in planning and delivering structured training sessions to enhance team development and maintain high performance
