Chef De Partie

We are looking for a Chef de Partie who will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality Asian and Arabic dishes to join our team while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and confidentiality.

• Prepare and cook a variety of Asian and Arabic dishes to the highest culinary standards.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
• Develop daily and seasonal menus based on family preferences and dietary requirements.
• Prepare meals for family members, VIP guests, and special events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and equipment.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, and storage conditions.
• Manage stock levels, food requisitions, and inventory control.
• Minimize food wastage while maintaining quality standards.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times.
• Train and supervise junior kitchen staff when required.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism within the private residence.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Chef de Partie or similar role in luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, royal households, or VIP residences.
• Experience in menu planning, special dietary requirements, and VIP service standards.
• Experience in royal family residences, private palaces, or ultra-luxury hospitality environments.
• GCC experience preferred.
• Ability to prepare healthy, international, and customized dietary meals.

Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or equivalent.

• Strong knowledge of Arabic cuisine
• Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine
• Knowledge of food safety and HACCP procedures
• Ability to work flexible hours based on family requirements
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Discreet, trustworthy, and service-oriented personality
