This role requires extensive menu knowledge expertise in food and beverage pairings and the ability to deliver an exceptional dining experience
What you will be doing- Provide specialized high-quality service
- Greet seat and engage with guests to create a personalized and memorable dining experience
- Offer expert knowledge on menu items including ingredients preparation techniques and presentation
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure food presentation meets restaurant standards
- Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive yet discreet service
- Handle VIP and high-profile guests with professionalism and discretion
- Master themed service techniques
- Communicate effectively with chefs bartenders and other service team to ensure seamless operations
- Follow safety hygiene and sanitation standards at all times
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with a problem-solving approach
- Previous experience as a Specialty Waiter/ Waitress or in Luxury Hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of the restaurant s cuisine, ingredients, and dining customs.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to perform specialty service techniques.
- Well-groomed, professional presentation with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure.
- Multilingual skills (Russian language will be an advantage).
