Are you a talented Indian Chef looking for a new opportunity in the bustling city of Doha? Our restaurant is seeking a skilled and creative chef to join our team. As an Indian Chef, your primary responsibility will be to create delicious and authentic Indian dishes for our customers. You will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring high-quality standards are met.
Requirements- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Indian Chef
- Strong knowledge and experience in cooking a variety of Indian dishes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time-management skills
- Fluent in English
- Create and prepare traditional and modern Indian dishes
- Plan menus according to customer preferences and seasonal availability of ingredients
- Ensure high-quality presentation and taste of all dishes served
- Monitor food stock levels and place orders as needed
- Train kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
Salary: $1100/month (tax-free) + accommodation + transportation + medical insurance
