Eligibility & Candidate ProfileCandidates interested in attending the walk-in recruitment drive must meet the following profile requirements:

- Previous experience working in a café, restaurant, hotel, or general hospitality setting is required.

The recruitment for the Barista position will be conducted via an open walk-in process:
- Direct Walk-In Interaction: Candidates visit the venue directly during the specified interview window.
- In-Person Evaluation: Initial screening and interaction with the Pullman recruitment and food & beverage teams.
- Final Assessment: Suitable applicants will proceed to standard organizational joining procedures as per company policies.
Base Salary: As per company hospitality standards (indicated structure available via portal guidelines)
