- Responsible for preparing and serving drinks
- engaging with guests and ensuring an excellent guest experience as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest requests
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner providing recommendations and answering questions about the menu
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor and manage inventory levels restocking as needed and informing management of shortages
- Follow all health safety and sanitation regulations to ensure a clean and safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members and assist with other duties as needed such as serving food or assisting with special events
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Knowledge of classic and modern cocktail recipes.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Strong guest service and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
