, we celebrate the art of Mediterranean cuisine and exceptional hospitality. We are looking for a passionate and talented Demi Chef de Partie – Pastry (DCDP Pastry) to join our dynamic kitchen team!

• Assist the Pastry Chef de Partie in preparing and producing high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods.
• Ensure all pastry items are prepared and presented according to LPM standards.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all pastry creations.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, and handling of pastry ingredients.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the pastry section.
• Support daily pastry operations and ensure smooth service.
• Guide and support junior team members when required.
• Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie – Pastry or in a similar pastry kitchen role.
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, desserts, and baked goods.
• Passion for pastry, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong teamwork, communication skills, and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn, develop, and maintain high culinary standards.
