We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our team in Doha. This person will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the merchandise function, from product selection and placement to developing promotional strategies to increase sales. The successful candidate will have a passion for retail and an understanding of the importance of customer service. They should also be able to work independently and prioritize tasks according to importance.

A salary of 1200 is offered for this position.

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess excellent organizational skills, have a strong attention to detail, and be highly motivated with excellent communication skills. A high level of computer literacy is also important, as is an understanding of the principles of merchandising in retail businesses. Previous experience in the retail industry or similar environment is preferred but not essential, as we are willing to consider candidates with no experience.

The primary responsibility of the Merchandiser will be to develop and implement strategies that maximize sales and profits through product selection and placement within our stores in Doha. This includes researching new products, pricing items competitively, creating displays that attract customers, managing stock levels, keeping up-to-date with industry trends, liaising with suppliers/manufacturers, and providing reports on sales performance. The Merchandiser will also need to ensure that customer service standards are met at all times by providing exceptional service which meets the needs of customers at every touch point within the store environment.
