Job Description

We’re looking for a DC Specialist to join the team and focus on growing our own Grocery Store “tMart”, which is the region’s first cloud store concept offering 30-minute delivery of groceries at hypermarket prices. The service has expanded rapidly across Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Oman and Iraq.

• Closely monitoring of DC performance and develop a deep understanding of the problems faced on a day-to-day
• Working end to end on DC operations and mid mile - DC to stores and store to dc process
• Set direction to improve operational performance while continuously identifying opportunities for improvement whether by introducing automation or through designing better processes
• Develop a great understanding of MSD system and adequately leverage their functionality in tmart DC operations
• Drive the execution of these plans in collaboration with country DC team
• Closely working with DC team, Supply chain, and store team
• Develop SLAs and targets of various kpis and align the local team
• Develop various actionable dashboard with analytics team

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment
• Extremely organized and process-driven
• Analytical skill set demonstrated by an advanced proficiency in GSheet, MS Excel, Data studio
• Strong problem solving abilities
• Track record of getting things done while managing a heavy workload effectively by setting priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across a set of stakeholders
• Understanding of WMS system is must, MSD system will be advantage
