Merchandiser, Retail

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Merchandiser to join our retail store in Doha. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing and promoting the sales of products in our store. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

• Create attractive displays and arrange merchandise in an organized manner to maximize sales.
• Monitor inventory levels and order new products when needed.
• Ensure that all products are properly priced and labeled.
• Keep track of product performance and make recommendations for improvements or changes.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and implement promotional events or sales campaigns.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting with product inquiries and offering recommendations.
• Train and supervise other store employees on merchandising techniques and standards.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser in a retail setting.
• Strong understanding of visual merchandising techniques and trends.
• Excellent communication skills in English;
  Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Must be physically fit as the job may involve lifting and moving heavy items.
• Preference for Indian nationals with valid work permit in Qatar.
