Responsibilities

• Implement the provided outlet visit schedule and merchandise company products in the assigned outlets by following company merchandising standards, FIFO, planogram, rental agreements, and brand rules of thumb.
• Perform daily checks on all company products shelf space and location, ensuring they are not out of stock, expired, damaged, or have incorrect visibility or facings, as per the agreed deal in assigned outlets.
• Work with key accounts on timely stock replenishment to reduce or eliminate out‑of‑stocks.
• Place point‑of‑sale (POS) materials in all covered stores.
• Ensure price tags are placed on all off‑shelf displays properly and in the correct place.
• Record the shelf life of products on the customer card.
• Position products with a fresh shelf life in the back of the shelf and older products in front, following FIFO principles.
• Apply display agreements, both permanent and temporary, and suggest opportunities to increase space.
• Coordinate with sales representatives and delivery drivers on product delivery, receiving stock from delivery trucks and transferring it to store shelves.
• Ensure no expired or damaged products are displayed on shelves or in the back store.
• Implement liquidations of short‑life products upon receiving instructions from the manager.
• Band special price offers at the store level when instructed.
• Build friendly relations with shelf staff and shop owners in key accounts and elsewhere.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of shelves and gondolas used for company products, ensuring a positive brand image.
• Prevent competition brand abuse of company shelf spaces and report new competitor items or products to the team leader.
• Coordinate with sales representatives on slow‑moving or excess stock and inform the manager of shortages.
• Fill out daily, weekly, and monthly reports accurately and provide additional reports on competitor activities, promotions, and in‑store activities.
• Execute all in‑store promotion activities with promoters, providing support to ensure proper execution.
• Attend to work needs at the discretion of management, including holidays or overtime hours if required.
• Follow instructions and company rules and procedures related to HR reporting time, vehicle handling, vacation, etc.

Preferably has worked as a merchandiser or in a similar position with similar responsibilities.

• High school degree as a minimum.
