The Boutique Manager oversees both front-of-house and back-of-house boutique operations, leading the store team to achieve Qatar Duty Free commercial objectives. This role ensures sales targets are met through effective team leadership, stock optimization, visual merchandising excellence, and a strong focus on customer engagement and brand standards.

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales forecasts and closely monitor inventory levels to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Optimize staff deployment and stock management to maximize sales and operational efficiency
• Coordinate with merchandising and visual merchandising teams on space planning and stock allocation
• Ensure merchandise is displayed effectively using promotional materials aligned with demand and brand guidelines
• Set individual sales targets for team members and communicate objectives clearly to motivate performance
• Maintain correct stock levels and ensure high standards of stock accuracy and inventory control
• Allocate merchandise based on sales trends, demand analysis, and seasonal requirements
• Manage stock replenishment, new product launches, and promotional activities
• Implement store layouts, fixtures, and visual merchandising in line with brand and duty free standards
• Maintain strict inventory control, particularly for high-value items, through daily monitoring and compliance

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in business, sales, marketing, or merchandising-related disciplines
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with luxury fashion or retail brands
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or store management role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to delegate, motivate teams, and manage workflow effectively
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering premium retail experiences
• Ability to operate effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment
