Celebrity Cruises is seeking a Head Butcher to oversee operations in the Butcher Shop on board. You will ensure compliance with health regulations and manage daily operations, including preparing and storing meats and poultry.
The ideal candidate has a culinary degree and at least 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably on a cruise ship. Strong management skills and the ability to work in a multicultural team are essential.
