We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Shop Manager to oversee daily retail store operations and ensure exceptional customer service, sales growth, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and experience managing retail teams within fashion, lifestyle, sports, multimedia, or consumer retail environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage day-to-day store operations
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly
  • Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and business targets
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales trends and identify growth opportunities
  • Manage inventory activities including stock movements, transfers, replenishment, shrinkage, and cycle counts
  • Ensure proper visual merchandising and compliance with brand standards
  • Coordinate receiving of shipments and maintain accurate stock levels
  • Prepare staff schedules based on operational requirements and sales targets
  • Lead, motivate, train, and evaluate store team members
  • Monitor store cleanliness, maintenance, and overall presentation
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
  • Prepare operational and sales performance reports for management review
  • Support recruitment and onboarding activities for store staff
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
  • 4–6 years of retail experience in a similar role
  • Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in retail operations
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience in inventory control and sales analysis
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Fluency in English required
  • Arabic language skills are an advantage
