Overview and purpose of role:

As a Client Advisor at Christian Louboutin, you play a fundamental role in translating our brand DNA and story to the client, maintaining our fabulous brand image while transforming client expectations and needs into sales success and loyalty. You are the voice of Christian and a true ambassador for the Christian Louboutin brand, our products, values, and culture.

Under the leadership of the management team, in the capacity of Client Advisor, you will provide an outstanding, sparkling client experience that is highly personalized, efficient, and discrete. You are an integral member of a high‑performing sales team, dedicated to creating desire for the brand, delivering exceptional customer service, sharing your knowledge about our luxurious collections, while maintaining the store in the best condition and ensuring ongoing loyalty from our clients.

Key Responsibilities of the role:
Service Delivery
  • Attending and participating in all training events such as sales techniques, sales ceremony, or product knowledge training.
  • Providing exceptional standards of customer experience, surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity by following all steps of the Christian Louboutin Sales Ceremony.
  • Demonstrating and reflecting the luxury brand image through the service you deliver, your positive and professional attitude, personal grooming, dress code, and the expected standards of behavior.
  • Responding to all client queries and issues in a professional, effective, and timely manner, including managing return items or damages when appropriate.
Results Driven
  • Demonstrating competent awareness of business performance and market/industry.
  • Actively striving to achieve key performance indicators to improve boutique/concession results and reach individual and store targets.
  • Being aware of business strategy, engaged in prioritizing appropriate products or alternatives for successful sales results.
Product Knowledge
  • Developing detailed and extensive knowledge of all products and brand culture and DNA to provide exceptional customer service and build sales.
  • Being an expert in product information, understanding the influence of design, construction, craftsmanship, materials, and care of the product.
Relationship Building & Customer Relationship Management
  • Building and maintaining quality relationships with clients, resulting in strong sales performance.
  • Ensuring loyalty to the brand by developing relationships through personal interaction and active client telling.
  • Driving CRM in your location and maintaining client file/book.
  • Demonstrating an entrepreneurial approach to growing client base and spend, including outreach for events such as private sale, in‑store events or new product/collection launches.
Teamwork
  • Proactive member of the team, working toward tasks set and store targets.
  • Partner effectively and collaboratively with all team members to contribute to a professional and rewarding workplace culture.
  • Assisting the management team alongside colleagues to support daily operations or back‑office activities of the location.
Skills and Requirements
  • Proven experience in luxury retail or service environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Ability to follow all steps of the Christian Louboutin Sales Ceremony and adapt to the pace of the environment, managing up to three customers at one time.
  • Strong client‑telling skills to maintain ongoing client contact and engage them in long‑term professional and loyal relationships.
  • Management of client communication in a luxury way, respecting guidelines on social networks such as Whats App and Instagram.
  • Consistent top seller, able to analyze own KPI and sales results and react accordingly to achieve personal and store results, demonstrating strong business acumen.
  • Experience in cash handling procedures.
  • Ability to manage product delivery, entry into system, storage, sorting, stockroom tidiness, and maintain high level of service for team and corporate functions.
