Spa Service Expert - Therapist
Position Summary
Our Spa Specialists play an important role in supporting a number of vital Spa functions. They help build a memorable and unique experience for guests by promoting Spa services or retail, scheduling reservations, confirming appointments, answering questions about services, checking in guests, and processing payments. Spa Specialists make transactions feel like part of the experience. They will be on their feet and moving around for extended periods, and they will manage reservation software, read and visually verify information, and take a hands‑on approach to work.
Physical requirements include standing, sitting, walking, moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces, and moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance and 25 pounds with assistance; reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Performing these duties well, along with other reasonable job duties as requested, is critical for Spa Specialists to deliver excellent service to guests and support business goals every day.
