Manage and maintain the visual and aesthetic presentation of the showroom boutique floor ensuring it continuously meets luxury brand standards.
Sales Pipeline Administration & Data HygieneMaintain absolute accuracy when updating sales records, entering customer details and updating purchase movements using standard retail tracking structures and software. Schedule private design consultations, item viewings, and face-to-face meetings for the senior luxury sales and management team. Draft pristine, professional and rapid follow-up communications, pricing details and informational collection brochures for prospective clients.
Showroom Research & Sales EnablementAssist in generating targeted client lists, verifying accurate contact details and researching high-end retail consumers. Utilize modern communication templates to draft highly responsive professional client messaging and summarize profile notes for clientele portfolios. Monitor balance and report on daily boutique inventory levels, supply logs and active store transaction statuses.
Coordination & Logistics ExecutionCoordinate client pickup schedules, bespoke order milestones, design updates and cross-department communications. Provide high-energy on-the-ground support at luxury product launches, trade shows and exclusive pop-up retail events in Doha. Resolve standard client service inquiries rapidly, escalating complex jewelry or product cases with a proactive solutions-oriented attitude.
EducationBachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Commerce, or any related studies.
Experience1–2 years of proven experience in front-line retail sales, high-end guest relations, premium hospitality, or luxury customer service. Prior experience working within high-end retail, fine jewelry, or luxury timepieces is considered a distinct advantage and a strong plus. Ambitious fresh graduates showing outstanding presentability, strong communication skills, and high motivation will be strongly considered.
Technical Skills- Highly proficient and advanced in MS Office / Google Workspace for tracking data.
- Quick and adaptive layout comprehension for modern sales database entries, inventory applications, and keeping trackers clean.
- Comfortable utilizing basic layout tools to accelerate daily email drafting and corporate templates.
Intelligent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory, featuring a clear, neutral tone and the capability to handle premium clientele intelligently. Strong interpersonal connections quickly, confidently, and enthusiastically with a global, multicultural client base.
