Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with pharmacies to arrange and dispatch customer orders efficiently and on time
- Communicate with customers to ensure smooth order delivery and resolve any concerns promptly
- Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
- Prepare and maintain reports related to orders, inventory, and operational activities
- Monitor daily operations and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
- Track inventory levels, maintain stock records, and plan stock replenishment when required
- Provide excellent customer support by handling queries and resolving complaints professionally
- Basic computer knowledge
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms will be an added advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Any Degree
- Fluency in English is mandatory
