Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with pharmacies to arrange and dispatch customer orders efficiently and on time
  • Communicate with customers to ensure smooth order delivery and resolve any concerns promptly
  • Coordinate with delivery drivers to ensure accurate and timely deliveries
  • Prepare and maintain reports related to orders, inventory, and operational activities
  • Monitor daily operations and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
  • Track inventory levels, maintain stock records, and plan stock replenishment when required
  • Provide excellent customer support by handling queries and resolving complaints professionally
Skills Required
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms will be an added advantage
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Job Qualifications
  • Any Degree
  • Fluency in English is mandatory
