Handle transactions accurately, including cash and card payments, and complete daily reconciliations. Follow company policies, procedures and data protection guidelines. Report any issues or challenges to the store manager with suggested improvements.
Product Knowledge & DevelopmentStay updated on the latest products, services and market trends. Participate in training and coaching sessions to enhance knowledge and performance. Share knowledge and best practices with team members.
Teamwork & Professional ConductWork collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive team environment. Maintain a professional appearance and behavior at all times. Be proactive, reliable and flexible in supporting store needs.
